The uniqueness of the project is
in the creation of a unified digital environment that unites local farms, product suppliers, production sites and retail locations in French cities.
INNOVATIVE COMPANY
SPECIALIZING IN THE PRODUCTION, SALE AND DELIVERY OF FAST FOOD PRODUCTS
This symbiosis allows solving a number
of problems described below. Solving these problems will lead to tremendous competitive advantages.
Wuster is three enterprises combined in one
Instead of building another megafactory chasing maximum workload, which contributes to the widest possible geography of delivery, we propose building small, smart and efficient production units with a limited delivery range.
With the help of a custom ERP system, sustainability driven management and innovative eco-friendly financial model, Wurster will be an example of a scalable production business with minimal ecological impact.
Wuster is three enterprises combined
in one. This symbiosis allows solving a number
of problems described below. Solving these problems will lead
to tremendous competitive advantages.

The high cost of delivery significantly affects the final cost
of food. Reducing shipping costs makes the product cheaper
and provides an important competitive advantage.
In addition to the economic impact on the product, classical delivery has a negative impact on the environment.
Due to increasing demands for environmentally friendly supply chains, the cost of delivery will grow especially
for traditional logistics.
Delivery cost and sustainability issues:
The production site for the main ingredients for hot dogs will be located at a distance of less than 150 km from
the points of sale. Thanks to short delivery distances
and a simplified menu, we can deliver with small electric or hybrid vehicles. The use of innovative software
for smart routing will allow our transport to be fully used in both directions - delivery of products to the chain restaurant in one direction, collection of returnable packaging, documents and materials for production
in the opposite direction.
The specificity of the product allows the product
to be defrosted during delivery, which makes it possible to omit from freezing equipment in transport. This further reduces shipping costs. Initially, delivery from the cafe
to the end customer will be carried out both on its own and through aggregators. This will give us the opportunity to take advantage of marketing tools and the reach
of popular aggregators for promotion. It will also allow
us to test different green delivery options
for the “last mile delivery”.
Solution:
Huge manufacturing factories are environmentally damaging, expensive to maintain, and require huge financial and time investments to run. The financial model of large-scale production requires maximum capacity utilization, which contributes to overproduction and the widest possible geography of supplies, which further exacerbates the impact on the environment.
Ecological and financial problem of the classical financial model of fast food chain supply
Today, we have a large number of startups interested
in developing innovative ideas in eco-friendliness
and sustainability. Regrettably, only a small fraction
of these technologies is available for testing and practical applications. Small businesses moving along traditional financial guidelines do not have opportunities
and the necessity to implement these technologies.
Due to their sluggishness and peculiarities of the financial model, big businesses are very selective
in the use of innovations. Such companies need
the technology supplied in a well-established stage
and in large volumes. For this reason, most startups cannot test their hypotheses in practice.
Insufficient number of enterprises to test green hypotheses and innovative technologies.
We plan to create a precedent for successful interaction with startups.

Our financial model requires the use of innovative technologies in many areas of business:

+Careful use and saving of energy resources.
+Green transport and routing software.
+Economical use of the labor force and proper
use of staff talents.
+Innovations in the field of product freezing
and defrosting, biological activity and food safety,
uch more.

By interacting with innovative startups in France
and Europe, we will be able to achieve a very productive cooperation.

By obtaining and implementing innovative technologies, we will be able to show that small and medium-sized businesses can and should be a practical driver
of innovation.
Solution:
We propose the creation of small modular production facilities, which will be certified for compliance with EU quality and environmental standards.

Thanks to the modularity, our production will only grow when needed. This financial model does not require
the maximum workload of production, which prevents overproduction, reduces food waste and wasted resources.

Going forward, Wurster ERP will help us further reduce resource costs and control the environmental impact
of the product. This approach allows us to reduce
the harmful impact on nature and improve the quality
of production site management.

Wurster ERP
Wurster MRP
Wurster POS
Open source POS software
Thanks to the experience of launching and developing a chain of restaurants using only a CRM system, we can start manufacturing and selling products without additional software.
Part of the proceeds will be invested in the development and personalization of the Open source POS system. The main task of this stage will be the development of sales forecasting functionality at points of sale and the formation of an order to the manufacturer, taking
into account future sales and current stock in the restaurant's warehouse.
The final phase of this stage is automation of routing from the manufacturing facility to restaurants. The routing should be done with the specificity of our business model in mind by using smart logistics, electric vehicles, and more.
Due to the similarity in the architecture of production processes and fast food restaurants, the next step is to refine the software for the use in production. As in restaurants,
our software will predict sales (of the produce to its own outlets or to B2B clients), control
the balance of ingredients and materials necessary for the production, form orders
to suppliers, taking into account future sales.
This product will form the basis for scaling WURSTER restaurants
and production sites in new locations. This product (WURSTER MRP)
will perform all the functions of a material requirements planning system
for both the production site and its own restaurants.

These steps will form the basis for the evolution of Wurster POS into WURSTER MRP, an independent logistics tool that will allow manufacturers to process and ship products directly to local customers, bypassing wholesalers and other distribution units. This product will help manufacturers of small and medium-sized businesses to supply their products without unnecessary investment and staff expansion.
Drawing up a route for the delivery
of products from production to points
of sale; delivery of returnable packaging from points of sale to production; delivery of necessary materials for production from suppliers.
Maintenance of the right amount of stock
at the restaurant and timely automatic product orders to the production site. Orders will be generated based
on planned sales with a machine analysis
of sales history.

The next, final and most time-consuming step in the evolution of WURSTER ERP will be the gradual addition of WURSTER MRP with the necessary blocks for monitoring, balancing and optimizing enterprise and restaurant resources. A distinctive feature of WURSTER ERP will be, incl. the ability to control aspects of the impact of the product and the supply chain on the environment. Thanks
to this functionality, we will be able to build a scalable, sustainable and profitable business model.

In addition, Wurster ERP will be an independent tool for use by other manufacturers
who wish to control the environmental impact of their product and build a sustainable
and profitable business.
Greenhouse gasses (GHG)
Greenhouse gasses (GHG) from agriculture, including transportation of the feed, animals and meat is very high. This problem scales up very fast for the large meat producers that overcrowd their animals for greater profit. With lower volume production, we will be able to work with smaller local farms supporting small businesses, promoting humane animal care and reducing ecological impact of the whole supply chain.
